We set out in our wagon, that morning, like the settlers from the olden days.
It was a clear hot day so we didn’t expect that anything would happen.
We thought we could make it down the back lane and across to the Park if everything went well.
If everything went well.
Does anything ever go as planned?
The three of us set out that morning as well as the other wagons.
We were at a disadvantage from the start, you see our wagon wasn’t covered like the rest of our group.
The other wagon had Benjamin and Elizabeth and their kin folk.
It was covered, and the wooden wheels were bigger so it wasn’t long before they were just a speck on the horizon.
We had the Express Wagon with the rubber wheels.

Like I said the three of us set out that morning,
soon it was just two in the wagon.
What really happened to the person who was looking after us for that adventurous day?
Will we ever know?
It doesn’t matter because we are two big boys.
We can almost look after ourselves.
We can both almost feed ourselves.
We can both almost walk and
we can both almost talk.
We should be fine ish. You can’t write fine ish as one word because it looks like finish.
You see I was with my friend and cousin Atlas.
We are a good team.
We have been on adventures before.
We have been to a corn maze and we have been to the snake pits,
but this is our first adventure by wagon.
We soon made it to the Park and it didn’t take long.
We found the person that was looking after us, so we didn’t have to look after ourselves.
She was the one taking our selfie.
Sometimes my Grandpa has to take his own selfie as well.
So Funny.
We did lots of other fun things that day as well.
Thanks Auntie Shannon.
