That was it.
That was a big day.
After more than a year of planning, it was finally here.
That is what so great about Big Days, you plan for a year or more, then there is “the day” and now you have a memories for a lifetime.
That is a good investment.
It was a very exciting day, and all went almost to plan.
You can’t expect everything to go as planned.
My parents were surrounded by their closest friends and family.
The people that are most important to them.
There were friends , coworkers and many family members.
We were so thankful for all those who came out and supported them, and to those who weren’t able to be there but will watch the ceremony on The YouTube.

Now that is enough about them.
They had a nice day and now they are away.
Do you know where I am staying for the next week?
I’m not really sure either, I just hope that they are mentally and physically prepared.
For Me.
It turns out that I am staying with my grandparents.
I have been there for a couple of days in a row but 10 days?
Good Luck.
To them, not me.
It turns out that it is fine at my grandparents.
I get to have an espresso every morning for breakfast with my grandpa.
Before you get all judgie, you should know that I only have espresso every second day with grandpa.
The other mornings I have a double cappuccino with my grandma.
They say it is healthy.
Natural and organic.
So is Anthrax.
Whatever that is?
Just saying.
Otherwise, it is going well.
I sometimes go to sleep when I should, and I sometimes need to be carried more than anyone wants.
These are my grandparents, so you know that they are easily tricked into doing things that my parents wouldn’t normally do for me.
It is only for a few more days and I am hoping that they will have the energy to make it through.
Otherwise, I will have to go stay with their neighbours.
Let me know if you remember a time when you got to stay with your grandparents, or their neighbours.
