He is here now,
living in our house.
He moved in a couple of weeks ago.
.
Yes, there he is lying around.
He just lies around all day.
.
Mostly all day.
When he does take a break from lying around.
He is eating or getting his diaper changed.
.
What a life.
.
While he is sleeping,
Or eating,
Or filing his diaper.
.
I am actually working.
There are always jobs to do at the workbench.
Things to fix and things to build.

You know from past episodes that I have already had to vacuum the house.
One of my new jobs is to check on him to make sure that he is doing okay.
.
I also have to tell him stories.
I just told him a story I heard from my parents.

I had the same reaction when they told it to me years ago.
It was a story about somebody who did something and all Joseph heard was Blah, Blah, Blah.
I really shouldn’t say anything.
I went through that stage as well.
A long time ago.
I would like to tell little Joseph Patrick that I love him, and it is great having him around, but I have British heritage and so I can’t say those words.
.
Not because of my heritage,
.
I just can’t say those words yet.
.
I will show him instead, by checking up on him and telling him stories.
.
Can you think of a time when you had to do extra chores because you got a new brother or sister?
