THE ADVENTURES OF JJ PICKLETOES

Sorry that I am writing this late this week. 

I have been busy. 

.

There are things that people say can’t be done or maybe that you shouldn’t do. 

There are people who say they have done impossible things. 

 Do you always believe them?

. 

Things like making airplanes and flying like the Froebe Brothers and more famously the Wright Brothers. 

They said man would never get to the moon, and they did.  

Unless it was all made up. 

What about modern medicine? 

.

I did one of those things. 

It is one of those things that your mother would tell you not to do. 

Mothers are safer and usually smarter than fathers. 

.

I read this poem by, Edgar Albert Guest, 

 “It Couldn’t Be Done.” 

I didn’t really read it, but I will, when I learn to read. 

You should give it a read. 

.

I know there was a movie about what I did, but it was animated so it probably didn’t really happen. 

.

Well, I did it. 

It takes some time, as all great things do. 

It takes months to train a dog, and it takes years to train a horse. 

What was I really expecting? 

.

Yes, I did it. 

.

In only one day, a long day, at daycare. 

I trained it and learned to ride it. 

Yes, I trained and learned how to ride a dinosaur all in one day. 

.

I don’t walk too much, and I don’t talk too much, 

But I can ride a dinosaur. 

And I know not many people can do that. 

.

It just shows that we all can’t do everything, but we all can do something. 

.

So don’t be afraid to learn to ride YOUR dinosaur. 

.
