THE ADVENTURES OF JJ PICKLETOES

It has been a busy few days. 

We have been to several family Christmas gatherings. 

We have been to a couple of Christmas church services. 

We even had time to go to our friends for lunch after church. 

.

I have received some very nice gifts from generous friends and family. 

.

I have received a nice hoodie from the Gap, it is great for wearing on road trips. 

.

I received a nice Kansas City Chiefs shirt as well. 

 I am a Winnipeg Jets fan, but the Chiefs could be my second favourite team. 

The shirt wasn’t from great Grandma but she was willing to hold me while I tried it on.

.

I also got a wool zip up hoodie for chilly days, it is also very stylish. 

.

There has been a small problem with some of my gifts. 

.

I got a Lego train set. 

The card said. 

To JJ. 

From Madi, Mackinley and Josh. 

The card should have read. 

To. JJ, Mackinley and Josh 

It seemed like Mackinley and Josh had just as much fun playing with the train as I did. 

.

It is really nice to be able to share my gifts with others. 

.

I have another gift that was for Jeffrey. 

There are 2 Jeffreys in our house. 

.

One of them sometimes gets confused about whose gifts are for who. 

We should get a better name tag system for gifts. 

.

I was up early on Christmas morning. 

.

I have been busy all day so now I am very tired, and I will have an afternoon nap. 

.

So far, I have enjoyed playing with the new curtains,

and I am hoping to get a box or a piece of cardboard to play with. 

.
