Have your parents tried to save time and energy?

Parents out there. 

Have you tried to do things to save time and energy? 

.

My parents are always trying to save time and energy. 

.

They both have jobs and then after work they love to spend time with me. 

And I am a handful. 

A handful of joy and goodness.  

After a day at my office with my friends I may be covered in “Daycare germs” and I need to take a bath. 

I like to take a bath because there is water and there are toys. 

Two of my favourite things. 

.

I know that sometimes my parents are so busy, working and packing and working and cooking and doing errands that they have forgotten to give me a bath. 

My parents are smart and efficient. 

.

They think about the jobs that need to be done. 

The dishes need washing. 

The clothes need washing. 

I need washing. 

.

What is something that they can do to make these jobs easier? 

.

I found out today. 

I feel clean. 

 I smell clean. 

I didn’t get pre washed or washed again. 

My clothes are clean and dry, and the dishes are clean and dry. 

It’s like they say. 

Wash. soap, nope. 

It sounds like a great idea, to get all these jobs done at once. 

I can see doing two of the three things at once.

. 

Clothes in a dishwasher? 

That would never work. 

.

They didn’t give me a bath in the dishwasher. 

I was just helping to unload it. 

I am not just another pretty face. 

I have chores to do around the house. 

.
