THE ADVENTURES OF JJ PICKLETOES

I can’t believe that they asked me to help build it. But they did. 

Maybe they didn’t know that I am just a baby, not even a toddler yet. 

Sometimes you will get asked to do things that you don’t think you can do.  

You should try to do them anyway. 

Do you know how far it is from the earth? 

I don’t either, I just know it is a long, long way it is even farther than my play mat is from my crib. 

And that is all the way across the apartment. I can’t even crawl that far. 

I am talking about the ISS, The International Space Station. 

That is what I was asked to help build, I wasn’t asked to build, I was more like a supervisor. 

Yes, that’s right I was asked to supervise the building of the ISS. 

It was so high up that my dad had to lift me up to see it, and my mom as well.

 The table is very high at our place.

 Just so that I could tell them how to build it.  

The ISS. 

After all there are 864 pieces to put together, all in one day. 

We did it. Maybe it took more than a day, but we did it.  

I was so tired after supervising the build that I had 2 naps during the day, and I couldn’t even change my own diaper. 

And then I slept most of the night. 

So, the next time someone asks you to do something that you are a little nervous about doing because it is out of your comfort zone or it something new. 

Just think of me. 

I supervised the building of the International Space Station, 

and I am not even a toddler yet. 

I wonder what my next adventure will be?
